Proper breakfast were given to Krish n Niyaz, with Zakka n Malina...so they can feel home n Bruneian family's atmosphere... Together... they left for school..... both were going to be allocated with the Year 10 (Form 4) at Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science's College.....Not with Zakka - Lower 6 (Yr 12), or Malina ...Form 5 (Yr 11). They 're already assigned to be with other students d' same level with them ...... |

Then...after school, they're home for lunch before going to Sultan Sharif Ali Secondary School at Kampung Salambigar, Jalan Muara.... around 2pm....... There would be cultural shows from both Brunei students n Guests...Johor Bahru...District Schools.... Nice to see.... colourful costumes .........the shows with traditional dances ...and...so... The coverage reports............ taken from the Borneo Bulletin, at the bottom of this post...... |

At the end of the show...... climax ....all the participants ...officials seated n stood behind students.... How wonderful the happy n cheerer ...... like to have ...n ... to see this cheerful athmosphere all d' times........ bravoooo.... |

Looking at them...one would understand.... the hard works ..n preparation to be welldone... credits to Johor Bahru District Schools...!!!.. As foster parent.....I would like these to be continued..... BUUUt.... post mortem... necessary.... these would benefit to both sides..... ok... make it win...win... lah.... as I can see , the host wasn't prepare enough to see d' small rival.... ok we salute UUUU... |

OOOOHhhh....... true...as foster parent...we weren't prepare enough.... I know base on experienced of other people during the Youth exchanged in Brunei...yearly.... but I never took that opportunity coz others would grap before us....... Mine.... secondary students,...they matured enough as I thought.....at 16...!!!!!....IMAGINE..... Then...out of how many thousands... students .....understood 250thousands in Johor alone ...that's almost the population of Brunei...... lol... again....for this trip alone..... 6months- preparation...... good enough...to represent the country.... |

At home ...I got 2 motorcycles... just feel the taste of seating on....and took pictures...... U're not allowed to be my pillion.... right..!!!.. wah............. M'sia were popular with 'Mat Rampit'.......too..... were U one of them..????. .NO of coz..... U're selected 'best of the best'....!!!!!... I know....!!! Night MAKAN... were special today.... AMBUYAT.......!!!!! Simple...nnn...popular among Bruneian to introduce...... new people... to know WHAT they eat....!!!! Ambolong...... sago... popularly known... can buy at any smalls shop here.... B$1.00 @ packet.... To eat U must have special manmade local chopsticks called.... CANDAS...made of bambooo.... easy made... by drying the newly chopped bamboo. U have to let it dry ...soon smoothen the bamboo, then split it open...try made a stopper in between n let it dry for sometimes.... to V shaped..... Chinese - 'Chopsticks '...European - spoon n fork ... n US... here in Brunei..'CANDAS'... what a world.... not modern innovation ... long...long time ago already ... we only inhereted.. U must learn how to make 'ambuyat'... eventhough simple work....... put in big basin.. with big spoon U twist round many times, before U pour hot boiled water... or otherwise.. it won't happen as U want... Good ambuyat....looks transparent ...not white.. The taste all the same... tasteless... d uuummmppp... would be 'cacah' ..dipping source or the ingredient U mixed in d' source from ...... 'Durian'....tampoyak... sweet, sour.. n... 'Binjai' fruit pickle.... sour taste ... so on... ladies choice...lah.....!!! Some people like hot source... with chillies..... coconut...n bamboo shoot... tapioca young leaves.... simple fish with chilli dishes.....etc... |

Prepared by many people..... NOT expensive coz .....my wife earlier SMS all - knit of kins to prepare their own recipes..... but this was sudden programme.... n at d' end, truly successful...... thank UUUU everybody...... nnn.. we...happy... from Ur helping hands ..... kan.. - |

Still "Syawal" month..... near the end of...coz.. Eldest son started... to lead the youngsters with fireworks... so..busy now...outside...ehh Inside...everybody...busy with their eatingz ... not to waste...lah.. ... |
