Just heard in NEWS..about  BASIKALTON
No matter...to kill TIMES..if   U still feel good nnn strong...  nn  healthy...of coz...
Worth....anything in this world...  why NOT...

WHY not join this activity...   rather than sit ..n...eat.   eeaat... eat
To add more...the Ministry of Health already launched the new scheme for Doctors....more committed to their DUTIES...!!!  coz Bruneian now become problematic in health concious... many fat people...n d' worst in this region.. ooohh.. think of that..????

...   Yes I could miss today Weddings' Invition  ...too  ...Do I..????

At..7.00 am

Turned UP for registration.... Instead of PAYING as  usually charged for those  enthusiasts to join in..  we're given FREE... t-shirt... nn later FREE makan...again at d'end of this cycling activity..

BLUE...shirts... for those earlier comers... they're here  ....  joining for other acivities.. like  ...walkton...n.. U see..

 

Minister of Communication....  more then anything else a loyal cyclist himself... join in..n later guest of honour... Minister of Development was NOT here....  all people busy.. of Coz...may be.. ready for another visit TRIPs

When met Pehin...just.. said.. salam..  nn ..how are U ??...   Straight replied... diorang ani...   meaning ...  many things..????

PERSONNELY.....  know him.. knows ME too....   as old school boys at SOASC..  

He was brilliant...n.. excellent in academic in school.. science's student... of coz..

while ME just good in SPORTS...nn arts' student...   age almost..... level too...

Big  differences indeed... soon after  exam results he flied abroad n.. home with flying colours...!!!

me.... became rusty old student... 

Anyhow ...coz my wife at the Ministry of Development.. n ..he was the boss there before...saw me many times... espcially... times like this.... as.. 

Once told my wife... I should't wear.. a particular SUN GLASSES..

at one time..   he saw me.. at Gerai Ramadhan...  later told my wife .... about.....Kaca Mata Penguratan..   funny eehh...

  ...that made... more closer  nnn...remembered me...

 



Times to warm up for everybody..

Special instructor..to conduct..  AEROBICS.... COMMON EXERCISES to make muscles to loose.. d' heart ready to pump d' blood...oooh...nnn  so..... 

BUTtt.... puco  puco.. could be entertaining...eeh  !!!!

Marshalls...  also giving hands... to help cyclists not to stray out of roads... or... NOT to lose ways...in Brunei roads  ????

FOUR special bicycles...ohh.. NOT CHEAP...too..  imported...NOT available here..

 ONE for the Minister.... small but fast...equal to big..erodemic..light weight..bikes..

This is NOT a cycle RACE.....anywhere...slow ..n  steady... lah...



Minister of Development..should cycle too..  why..??

D' only time too see around..  HOLES  here.. there...  Look at bridges... look at d' road... sign boards... enough for users..????...SSooo many.... look n see.. is a simple job..  but  necessary... TURUN PADANG....

Theme....WORLD TOWN PLANNING DAY.......  the wright things...to go round by bicycles.. how good.. n.. try to evaluate by ourselves before people complains n write in newspaper...?????

Police Riders...were here to control the traffic too...  beside...marshalls... thank U....

Beautiful Brunei...!!!  Kenali Negara Kitani...  is d' wright simple saying....???

Where can U see...all   these .????

U won't see...unless U walk around... just frontage of Brunei River... Kampong Ayer..

Where d'old store building.... old Brunei wharf......old jetty... landing steps before...  many old stories here...water boat races...water boat floats....eeeh..

just like d' arena for FORMULA 1....???.... lol...



Back to our business.... keep on cycling.....had chats too...along d' journey

U got to know people... new people...n.. make friends too...
Tired unavoidable of..coz...especially.. going up hills..

Here.. at Jalan Kebangsaan... near d' parliment house... heart breadthe fast pumping...eeh

Ur leg joins became soo tired...d' muscles.seemed..hard to function.. ok enough... U got ..frustrated..bored...Why U're like this... No energy....but later HAPPY when down hills...  ehh
