Back to Hotel..............after a good early morning trip..from ..MUARA KUIN Floating Market... at Martapura River....up stream...

Still had times - FREE breakfast....at Hotel's lounge..

So Car's temporary problem seemed over for a while... Cost me Rp250,000... repaired....only..

Took advantage. d' guide...TADI as companion to find "Car Wash".. ..only Rp40,000 ..

Noon ... reminded.... group convoy....had special invitation.. car should looked cleaned...worth...lol..

So..be ready........

Water spray.. was not powerful enough..... took an hour more... more mud.. below... side...

But ... good... to look clean..

A drive...out of city.. about ten minutes drive.. a road way in when we arrived from SAMPIT.... JUST.. on d' left side.. right when came in.... with large compound.. of more 7 acres..... a pond beside d' newly built joined three looked separated roof... Local.. nn Traditional... all... wooden walls.... leaves' roof

D' compound fenced with security..... D' Front.. opened space bungalow ...with...large space ready with tables nn seats.. for customers...

Second row....area opened roof...meant for kitchen..cooks...

d' third............management...office.. place to rest... ???

Ready Traditional Indonesian... FOODs... catered.... nn arranged on side walk in such a way for EASY to be served .. selves service....for customers.....

Ikan Bakar.... popular here... "Udang Galah"...BIG fresh prawns... similar well known here.. coz... long...fresh river.. providing quite large amount of these species...... Martapura...river.... here...

Pa Bambang.... boss here... today..was d'first day specially catered US Bruneians... nn PAWON TLOGO Indonesian Foods... "Rumah Makan" ..was officially softly.....opened..

Pa Bambang is Hj Ibrahim... old friend of 4wd... when..here.. Banjar.. ready to help... even..giving us FREE makan... Noon LUNCH... here at... PAWON TLOGO...

Hj. Ibrahim...Sahminan...nn Sahdan...back seated... nnn others.. were waiting to be called... makan time.... soon took their turned...

Refreshing... Nice to be served by d' family of Pa Bambang 's brothers..sisters...7 altogether....spouses.. nn in laws.

A Sister came from JAKARTA...just for d' sake of d' opening of this restaurant... so called Rumah Makan... December...coincidence with long end of d' year holidays...

ONE of Pa Bambang's brother.... a well known figure in Banjarmasin... was here too.. to show proudly... well equipped modified old Land cruiser.... made it new in Jakarta.... for millions rupiah..???

No one DARE touching this 4wd car coz... he was a man of power.... TOP Policeman... here....lol..

Another modified car..... old supposed to be British car.... mixed...old body..but new engine...nnn.. looked at d' front grilled lamps.. made new.. ONLY.... people with money could do this.. hobby....

D' only BIG motor bike... met here... not remembered to interview Pa Bambang friends here.. quite a few turned UP...

D' Boss was Pa Bambang... but BIG BOSS was here... their mother..mid picture..second left...nn daughters..in law... my wife.. second right...

D' only time for us to reconcile. ..face to face... had big laughs...chats.. time like this..... after all our times were spent MOST in cars... if NOT in hotels.. or might be... once.. in city like this... NO face...NO see.... own directions... get it...???.
