Supposed to be 1st... but 2nd .. GOOD enough..... Helping hands... to avoid.. delays... TOOK ....more than 30 minutes.... IMAGINE... 14 cars.....???? |

Children had times... relaxing...on smooth road.... Road already good enough.... reached Balai Bekuak... a short drive... stopped for refilled FUEL...SOLAR only.. Good price... all 30 liters ...Rp180,000 @ Rp6,000..per liter. |

By NOON..... arived at landing jetty... for d' FERRY's Terminal... to other side of d' Kapuas River's... station... from.. Teraju.. to PIASAK...TAYAN.. Ferry just departed... so had to wait another... half an hour... MAIN...Transit nn landing area to d' other main land .... motor bikes carried by big powered engine - boats .... Time break... so took LUNCH here... side river...Eating Stall.. hungry enough.... eeh.. Found UDANG GALAH.. fresh water big prawns from d' long fresh water Kapuas River.. ..here too.. Still warm ..just cooked.. demanded greatly by our traveling members ... !!! |

My car d' FIRST to embark to FERRy.. followed by others delayed members..coz... WASHING times... took more then as expected... Here..Haji Omar..with his car...Temburong Bisai... still... behind ME... |

Landing time.... One after another..... but....here.. had to wait all coming over ... So times to mend... bettering... casualties... loose fan... cooling engine.. nn .... Nissan Patrol... KL8936 ...was NOT so lucky..... had to be TOWed... Lining Gear...got burnt out ..during muddy...crossing... stucked nn unable to continue.. so towing was d' only BEST way to bring all d' way to Pontianak... long but worthy for repair..... Tayan to Pontianak... NOT near ...was about 90km... out of that good roads... 30km still rugged undulating road... So here... a short CUT drive .... without describing about surroundings ... coz...DARK... enough to see.. but travelling ...keep on.. Arriving...just before...mid night.... to ...Hotel Kapuas.... Pontianak |

HOTEL KAPUAS... big enough... large compound at rear.. parking ... nn safe... with....security Here... we're .... all cheering ..happy rest at LAST...a very nearing end long journey.. after Banjarmasin... simply group picture.. at main lounge.. reception counter.....
